Does not work with Flash or Any App I ‘ve Trued

The iPhone App easily connected to the desktop application and works fine. However, the program on the laptop does not interface with Flash and present the iPhone as a possible camera. The internal camera in the laptop works fine. Therefore, I believe it is the desktop program.
